Our love for food, hospitality, nature and local fresh products are inseparable elements in our cuisine.
The passion for food is part of the culture of our family for generations. Our vegetable gardens, the selected local products and the experience and the love of our mother, Therese, allow us to serve meals that are tasty, healthy, fresh and organic.
At Tenuta la Santissima you can enjoy the best of Tuscan tradition and beyond. Our mother, in fact, was born in North Africa from French parents. Up to 21 years, before moving to South France, she had the time to absorb the best of traditional North African cuisine (spices, grilled vegetables, spicy sauces, couscous and much more). In France, she learned the basics of the Cuisine with capital “C” (sauces, the desserts offered at breakfast, soups… ) and in more than 35 years in Tuscany her skills have come together to form a healthy cuisine, made of fresh and simple ingredients, but complex preparations known only by our family.
With all this, the good food for us is not only a passion, but a mission of spreading the tastes, the traditions and the recipes of our family.
At Tenuta la Santissima you will experience all this in our hearty breakfasts and, on request, in our dinners.
