Cancellation policy

Taking into account the impact of COVID-19 on our guests, we have decided to modify our Cancellation Policy.

Where guests can prove that the cancellation is due to COVID-19:

The guests can choose to postpone the stay with Tenuta la Santissima, free of charge, up to the day of the check-in. Please bear in mind that the overall prices may change if the guest chooses a different length of stay or room type.
Guests can cancel any time, free of charge, up to 2 weeks before the check-in date.

In other circumstance, our regular policy below applies:

Terms and conditions

From the time of booking by the customer, Tenuta la Santissima agrees to reserve the required services for the dates requested.

If the customer provides the cancellation at least 15 days before the arrival, it will be charged 50% of the stay price, except in special offer of rooms booked and prepaid.

The mentioned conditions are guaranteed and covered by Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code and are agreed automatically with the submission of a Reservation.

Prendendo in considerazione l’impatto di COVID-19 sui nostri ospiti, abbiamo deciso di modificare le nostre politiche di cancellazione.

Nei casi di cancellazione dovuta a COVID-19:

Termini e condizioni

Dal momento della prenotazione da parte del cliente, la struttura B&B si impegna a riservare i servizi richiesti per le date richieste.

Se il cliente effettua la cancellazione 15 giorni prima dell’arrivo, verrà addebitato il 50% del prezzo del soggiorno, eccetto per le offerte speciali prepagate.

Le precedenti condizioni sono garantite e coperte dagli articoli 1341 e 1342 del Codice Civile Italiano, e sono automaticamente accettate al momento della prenotazione.
